Phoenix Infin.Pay ("we," "our," or "us") operates the platform at phoenixinfin.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Services.
1Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We store these to create and identify your account.
Usage data: We log actions you perform on the platform (e.g., searches, reports run) along with the cost of each action. This data is used to calculate your balance and display your transaction history.
Payment data: Top-up payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your payment card or bank details. We record the amount added and your resulting balance.
Technical data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and performance monitoring.
2How We Use Your Information

- Process payments and maintain your balance
- Display your transaction history
- Send transactional emails (account activity, low balance alerts)
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Improve platform performance and reliability
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3Google Sign-In
We use Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us. We request only the minimum scopes needed: openid, email, and profile. Your Google account password is never shared with or accessible to us.
4Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Supabase - our database and authentication provider (data stored in the United States)
- PayPal - payment processing (governed by PayPal's Privacy Policy)
- Vercel - hosting and CDN infrastructure
- Law enforcement - if required by valid legal process
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
5Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us (see Section 10). Transaction records required for legal compliance may be retained after account deletion.
6Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Google OAuth, and access-controlled databases. No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
7Children's Privacy
Phoenix Infin.Pay is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
